1. 如果大学的任何部门需要使用无薪志愿者, 以下政策和程序应适用:

1.制定一份详细描述志愿者任务和职责的工作描述，并提交给人力资源部.

1.2 .自愿雇员应填写并签署一份放弃赔偿的声明. A copy of this waiver is to be retained by the employee; another copy is to be retained by the department; and the original waiver is to be submitted to the 人力资源 department with the volunteer job description.

2. 志愿者员工不提供补偿，也没有资格享受福利.
